8. What are your rights and how can you assert them?
‍The user can simply ask to see his/her personal data at any time and request any necessary rectification or removal. Account must be taken of legal data storage time limits. The user also has the right to ask at any time for his/her data not to be used for direct marketing purposes. To do so, the user can always send an e-mail to privacy@aptus.be.

‍It goes without saying that the processing of personal data will evolve over time as a consequence of changes in the law, technical advances, … Aptus therefore reserves the right to adapt this privacy policy in the future if necessary.
